EDCI 8345 Leading the High Performance School
The purpose of this course is to provide professional development for school teachers, leaders, and managers - all involved in the performance of the school and its staff. The course is not designed as a manual on how to implement statutory performance management schemes. There is already abundant authoritative advice available from educational authorities and professional associations on how to achieve this. The course is designed to help education professionals develop an understanding of the components and attributes of the leadership and management of sustainable high performance in schools.
